A Senior product manager since 2016 responsible for commercial cards and e-payables at City National Bank, a fast-growing regional bank based in Los Angeles, CA. Prior product management roles in treasury management include ACH, lockbox, positive pay, online wires, account analysis, sweep and ZBAs at Opus Bank and East West Bank in California. Worked for Citigroup for over 20 years in various operations management and finance roles in multiple cities across the US and Mexico where I originally joined Citigroup. Operations management experience includes ACH, lockbox, and letters of credit. Education MBA from the ITESM (Mexico) and a BA in accounting from Universidad La Salle also in Mexico. Additional studies include the ACH – AAP and Checks-NCP Designations as well as commercial cards NAPCP credential.
